Set your cursor under any phone number on many kinds of window screens, (Notes Mails, Domino DB's, FireFox, Internet Explorer...)
and press a short cut key assigned to the program.
The number will be extracted to the 'Cisco Click To Call' dialler application.
Any other CTI program can be the same way implemented.
